Hmmm... A request for posts? Well, aside from my favourite series, 'Common motifs', I've been wondering for a while no, when are the best times to catch clearance sales at second-hand kimono shops? Do you think they'd be more likely to have kimono for tall people with large 'wingspans' at these times?
I'm moving to Kyoto in 2014, and when that time comes I want to build up a big collection of Komon, so I can wear them every single day. I know people like that are rare these days, and it's even more rare among gaijin, but I personally think that's a real tragedy. ^.^
