Rakuten Update

Hey everyone,

After years of recommending the Japanese online shopping mall Rakuten to others for free, because I've had a lot of great experiences shopping there and, for my readers, they ship internationally and in English, I will start getting a fixed $1 commission today if someone buys something there through one of my links.

This won't change my policy or honesty in things I find on Rakuten, but I want to be completely transparent. Thanks for reading and your support!

You have no idea how much your blog has helped me understand kimono and I want to day I love your recommendations for buyers! I originally bought from Kimono Yukata Market Sakura, a little home owned shop that personally emails all requests but after watching your vlog posts on YouTube I realized they are very basic with their supplies, which isn't bad I suppose, they have very good quality and ship quickly but making requests is difficult since I don't know Japanese (yet) but I am now in love with Ichiroya! I'm not comfortable with Rakuten, I have issues finding what I want, but I now have two obis on reserve at Ichiroya for a friend and myself, so this is a great big thank you for recommending! The two week hold they can do is stealing my heart and their selection is incredible! Thank you for being this American kimono lover's saving grace!

Actually a thought occurred to me just now while I peruse ichiroya at work. Can you share anything about Japanese weddings and the uchikake? I've been harboring a little dream since high school of having a Japanese themed wedding (I say theme because a true Japanese wedding g would make my family riot) and wearing an uchikake would be beautiful and amazing but I want to make sure I understand it before going nuts, regarding the layers, colors, etc. Can you help?

Very cool!
I just came across your blog.
I love shopping with Rakuten and mostly an satisfied with what I get in my bundles. I also do well on ebay, due to my height/build I don't get a lot of competition in auctions.

This is wonderful for you. You once wrote me a heartfelt note that I could still wear a kimono regardless of chest size on Rachel and Jon's comments. It truely made my week. I believe I was replying as my phone died. I WOULD love to one day live there and study the culture and items through out history. Japan is truely amazing to research.👴👘🏮🌸🍣🍢🍡🍜🍥🍱🍶🎋🎉🎊🎍🎎🎏🎐

Hello, it's nice to read your blogs and (just recently) watched your videos on youtube :)
And I think, I can ask questions to you? hehe

So, I am currently living in Japan and will be graduated soon on Sept. I am planning to wear hakama for my graduation ceremony and (fortunately) found some with best prices on Amazon and rakuten as well. However, I feel a bit hesitate to buy it because of the price. Is ¥18,000 hakama set, which similar to the rental price, guarantee that it's real hakama set? not fake ones?

Thanks in advance for your reply!

I am Alecia Maldonado used every single spell worker on the internet, spent untold amounts of money and discovered they are all fakes...i was the fool though; doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. In the end, I decided that I wanted a tarot reading to know what my future held for me; I contacted a woman who lives locally to me and she told me about a man named (Dr Mandaker); he just got he just got his website (holyaraminta.com), has another job for income, has no set prices, makes no false promises and refuses to help anyone that cannot be helped and even helps
for free sometimes, he will give you proof before taking money. He is a wonderful man and he was the only person who actually gave me real results. I really hope he doesn't mind me advertising his contact on the internet but I'm sure any help/ extra work will benefit him.contact him as witchhealing@outlook.com He travel sometimes.i cant give out his number cos he told me he don’t want to be disturbed by many people across the world..he said his email is okay and he’ will replied to any emails asap, love marriage, finance, job promotion ,lottery Voodoo, poker voodoo, golf Voodoo,Law & Court case Spells, money voodoo, weigh loss voodoo, any sicknesses voodoo,Trouble in marriage,HIV AIDS,Barrenness(need a child),goodLuck voodoo,it's all he does Hope this helps everyone that is in a desperate situation as I once was; I know how it feels to hold onto something and never have a chance to move on because of the false promises and then to feel trapped in wanting something
more!
